Quebrada de Humahuaca, Arjantin'in kuzeybatısında, Buenos Aires'in 1649 kilometre kuzeyinde yer alan dar bir vadidir.
Kuzey-güney doğrultusunda uzanan 155 kilometre uzunluğundaki vadi, kuzey ve batıda Altiplano, doğuda And dağları, güneyde ise Valles Teplados ile çevrilidir.
Quebrada adı (kelime anlamı ile "kırık") derin vadi ya da dağ geçidi anlamına gelmektedir.
Quebrada de Humahuaca, 2 Temmuz 2003 tarihinde UNESCO tarafından Dünya Mirası ilan edildi.
