Andrássy Bulvarı (Macarca: Andrássy út), Macaristan'ın Budapeşte kentinde, tarihi 1872'ye kadar uzanan bir bulvardır. Erzsebet Meydanı'nı Városliget'e bağlar.
Neo-rönesans konakları, ince cepheler ve iç mekanlara sahip olan pansiyonları ile 2002'de bir Dünya Mirası olarak ilan edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda kafeler, restoranlar, tiyatrolar, elçilikler ve lüks butikler ile Budapeşte'nin ana alışveriş caddelerinden biridir.
Bulvar, 1987'de ilan edilen Budapeşte Dünya Mirası Alanının bir parçasıdır. Şehrin ilk metro hattı (M1) Andrassy Bulvarı altından geçecek şekilde kurulmuştur ve günümüzde hala hizmet vermektedir.
