Phillip Hugh Norman Rudd (esas adı Phillip Hugh Norman Witschke Rudzevecuis; d. 19 Mayıs 1954), Avustralyalı rock grubu AC/DC'nin davulcusudur.
1975'ten 1983'e kadar grupta yer almış, daha sonra 1994'te gruba geri gelmiştir. Basçı Mark Evans'ın 1977'de gruptan ayrılmasından bu yana AC/DC'nin Avustralya doğumlu tek üyesidir.
