Portekiz'in başkenti Lizbon'da Tejo Nehri kenarında bulunan bir yerdir. 1755 Lizbon Depremi ile yıkılan Ribeira Sarayı burada bulunduğundan halen Terreiro do Paço olarak da bilinir. Depremden sonra alan tamamen yeniden düzenlenmiş ve bölgede Marquis of Pombal emri ile Baixa Pombalina ismiyle anılan merkez oluşmuştur.
