Sanjūsangen-dō (Japonca: 三十三間堂), Japonya'nın Kyoto kentinde bulunan bir Tendai Budist tapınağıdır.
Tapınak, 1164 yılında Taira no Kiyomori tarafından İmparator Go-Shirakawa için kurulmuştur ve Higashiyama semtinde yer almaktadır. Resmen Rengeō-in olarak bilinir ve Myōhō-in tapınak kompleksinin bir parçasıdır.
Sanjūsangen-dō, en çok 1266'dan kalma ve Japonya'nın Ulusal Hazinesi olarak belirlenmiş devasa uzun hondōsu ve 1001 ayakta Bin Silahlı Kannon, 28 ayakta görevli, bir Fūjin heykeli ve bir Raijin heykeli de dahil olmak üzere barındırdığı heykel koleksiyonuyla bilinmektedir.
