Padrão dos Descobrimentos (Keşifler anıtı) Portekiz'in başkenti Lizbon'un Belém semtinde, Coğrafi Keşifler anısına yapılmış bir anıttır.
Anıt gemilerin 15 ve 16. yüzyıllarda bilinmeyen yönlere sefere çıktığı Tejo Nehri kıyısına yapılmıştır. Anıt zeminden yukarı doğru, 52 metre yüksekliğinde yelkenleri açık bir karavele benzeyen beton blok şeklindedir.
Keşifler anıtı, Portekizli sanatçılar Cottinelli Telmo ve Leopoldo de Almeida tarafından 1940 yılında yapılan Portekiz Dünya Fuarı için tasarlanmıştır.
