Birleşik Krallık'ta Manchester şehri belediyesi için 1868-1877 döneminde inşa edilmiş bir belediye sarayıdır. Binanın tasarımı görevi 106 tane proje sunulan bir büyük yarışma sonunda mimar Alfred Waterhouse'a verilmiş ve 1868'de başlayan yapımı 1877'de tamamlanmıştır.
