Manchester Town Hall (Türkçesi: Manchester Belediye Sarayı) Birleşik Krallık'ta Manchester şehri belediyesi için 1868-1877 döneminde inşa edilmiş bir belediye sarayıdır.
Binanın tasarımı görevi 106 tane proje sunulan bir büyük yarışma sonunda mimar Alfred Waterhouse'a verilmiş ve 1868'de başlayan yapımı 1877'de tamamlanmıştır.
Binanın 87 m yüksekliği olan saat kulesi ile yapı 1877-1962 doneminde Manchester'in en yüksek yapısı niteliğini korumuştur.
Bina Manchester Şehri yerel idare konseyinin törensel merkezidir ve bu büyük yerel idarenin bazı önemli dairelerini içinde bulundurur.
