Rossio Meydanı ya da daha çok kullanılan adıyla Pedro IV Meydanı, Portekiz'in başkenti Lizbon'da bir meydandır.
Pombaline bölgesine yakın olan Meydan, Orta Çağ'dan beri şehrin ana meydanlarından biridir. Eski zamanlardan beri meydan pek çok önemli kutlamaya, mitinglere, ayaklanmaya, boğa güreşleri ve gösterilere ev sahipliği yapmıştır.
