Lee J. Cobb (d. 8 Aralık 1911, New York - ö. 11 Şubat 1976, Los Angeles) Amerikalı karakter oyuncusu ve oyuncu.
1954 yapımı Rıhtımlar Üzerinde (On The Waterfront) adlı filmde Marlon Brando ile birlikte oynadığı Johnny Friendly (Liman İşçileri Sendikası başkanı) rolüyle en iyi yardımcı erkek oyuncu olarak Oscar'a aday gösterildi. Bu başarıdan sonra pek çok ünlü filmde karakter oyuncusu rollerinde oynadı. Ayrıca pek çok TV filmi ve dizilerinde de rol almıştır.
