Brezilya Devlet Başkanlarının resmi ikâmetgâhıdır. Yapı, Brasilia şehri inşa edilirken Oscar Niemeyer tarafından tasarlandı ve 1958 yılında kullanıma açıldı. Yapı 7.000 metrekare alana yayılmış olup bodrum, giriş katı ve ikinci kat olmak üzere 3 kattan oluşur.
