Brezilya’nın en kalabalık şehri olan São Paulo’da yer alan 140 metre uzunluğunda 38 katlı bir apartman kompleksidir. Oscar Niemeyer tarafından 1953 yılında tasarlanan bu yapının inşaatına 1957 yılında başlandıysa da birçok problemden dolayı inşaat ancak 1966 yılında tamamlanabildi.
