Brezilya'ın en yüksek ikinci gökdelenidir. São Paulo'ta bulunmaktadır. Yüksekliği 168 metredir ve 46 katlıdır. Yapımı 1956-1965 yılları arasında süren binanın tasarımı Alman-Brezilyalı mimar Franz Heep tarafından yapışmıştır. Bina, Mirante do Vale'den sonra Brezilya'nın ve São Paulo'nun en büyük binasıdır.
