Bosna-Hersek ve Hırvatistan, Karadağ ve Sırbistan'ın sınır bölgelerine dağılmış olan anıtsal Orta Çağ mezar taşlarının adıdır. Modern Bosna Hersek sınırları içinde yaklaşık 60.000, Hırvatistan'da 4,400, Karadağ'da 3,500 ve Sırbistan'da 2,100 mezar taşı, 3,330 farklı bölgede ve kötü koşullarda varlığını sürdürmektedir.
