Kutsal Teslis'e adanmış Buenos Aires Metropolitan Katedrali, Buenos Aires Başpiskoposluğunun ana kilisesidir. San Nicolás semtinde, Calle San Martín ve Avenida Rivadavia'nın kesiştiği noktada, Plaza de Mayo'nun önünde yer almaktadır.
Mevcut katedral, mimar Antonio Masella'nın bir projesine göre 1752'den başlayarak inşa edilmiş ve 25 Mart 1791'de ibadete açılmıştır. 1822'de ana cephe, Paris'teki Bourbon sarayının cephesinden esinlenen Fransız Próspero Catelin tarafından tasarlanan bir pronaostan oluşan neoklasik tarzda inşa edildi.
Kilisenin içi Latin haçı planlı, beş nefli, yan şapelleri, transeptli ve derin dikdörtgen korolu.
