New York'un Manhattan semtinin Upper Manhattan bölgesinde bulunan bir mahalledir. Genel olarak Upper East Side ve 140'lara kadar Doğu 96. Cadde'nin kuzeyi, Beşinci Cadde'nin doğusundan East River ve Harlem Nehri'ne kadar olan alanı kapsamaktadır. Adına karşın Harlem'in bir parçası olarak görülmez.
