Hor Pha Keo olarak da yazılır, Güneydoğu Asya ülkesi Laos'un başkenti Vientiane'de bulunan eski bir tapınaktır. Settatirat Yolu'nda inşa edilen bu tapınak Vat Si Saket civarlarındadır. 1565 yılında Zümrüt Buda'ya ev sahipliği yapması için inşa edilmiş ve birçok kez yeniden inşa edilmek zorunda kalmıştır. Binanın içinde dinî bir sanat müzesi ve küçük bir dükkân bulunmaktadır.
