Она была построена и открыта в 2005 году. Конструкция состоит из каменного основания высотой 12 футов, окруженного различными рыбами, дельфинами, омарами и осьминогами. Над этим основанием начинается фигура Нептуна, начиная с его талии. Нептун держит в правой руке трезубец, а левой опирается на тупоголовую черепаху.
