Palace of Agriculturalists (June 2011) Palace of Agriculturalists (June 2011). The grand and rather extravagant Palace of Agriculturalists was built between 2008 and 2010 as the headquarters of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production. It is located on Ulitsa Feodoseevskaya which starts close to the beginning of Ulitsa Bolshaya Krasnaya and runs parallel with the River Kazanka.
