The Kunstkamera is a modern scientific center with a public museum of anthropology and ethnography with archaeological finds from Russia and other countries of the world, located in St. Petersburg on the south-eastern edge of Vasilievsky Island (Universitetskaya Embankment). Full name of the museum : Peter the Great Museum of Anthropology and Ethnography (Kunstkamera) of the Russian Academy of Sciences (MAE RAS).
