Basilica del Voto Nacional is located on the northern edge of the historic center of Quito, about seven blocks north of Independence Square. Walk about 12 minutes or take bus #12 for about 25 minutes. If coming from the north, take a bus to Terminal Carcelén, then a second bus to El Ejido.
