Dauerbach palace from Piața Victoriei was built amid 1912-1913 according to the plans of the architect Laszlo Szekely. The building is known as the Palace, after the Palace café and restaurant, which have been laid out right after the construction of the building. In the northern part of the ground floor there was also a pharmacy.
