Glendalough Double Barrel Single Grain comes from a quite new Irish Whiskey brand. Glendalough is an independent distillery founded in 2011 by five Irish friends interested in craft distilling. The whiskey has been made out of a single grain, which in this case means Irish corn whiskey sourced from Cooley distillery.
