İskoçya'da Su Kelpisi
Veya su kelpisi, İskoçya'nın göl ve havuzlarında yaşayan, şekil değiştiren su ruhuna verilen İskoç ismidir. Genellikle at gibi göründüğü söylenir ama insan formuna da bürünebilir. Bazı söylentiler, kelpinin insan formuna bürünse bile toynaklarını koruduğunu belirtir. Robert Burns tarafından 1786 yılında yazılan “Şeytan'ın Adresi” adlı şiirde ima edildiği gibi Hristiyanlıktaki Şeytan ile ilişkisi olduğu düşünülür.
