A famous religious landmark of Kotor, the Church of Our Lady of Remedy is an impressive structure that stands at the Saint John Mountain. It can be accessed on foot only. There is a rocky path with a staircase that leads to the church. The church was established in 1518 CE. It is said to have healed worshipers of the plague, hence the name.
