Ву́стерширский соус, или ву́стерский соус (англ. Worcestershire sauce, по названию английского графства Вустершир) — кисло-сладкий, слегка пикантный ферментированный английский соус, приготавливаемый на основе уксуса, сахара и рыбы. В международной кулинарной практике название соуса произносится как "Вустер" или "ворчестер".
