The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Moscow is a national monument to military glory located in the Alexander Garden at the foot of the west side of the Kremlin. The monument is dedicated to those who died in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, as well as to heroic cities and cities of military glory.
