Ōkunoshima (Japonca: 大久野島), Japonya'da Seto İç Denizi'nde bulunan bir adadır. Ada, Chūgoku bölgesi ile Shikoku adası arasında yer almaktadır.
Ada idari olarak Hiroşima prefektörlüğüne bağlı Takehara kentine bağlıdır. Ada, dolaşan çok sayıda tavşan nedeniyle genellikle Usagi Shima («tavşan adası») olarak da adlandırılır.
Ōkunoshima, 1905 Rus-Japon Savaşı'nda 10 adet kale inşa edilene kadar ekili bir alandı. II. Dünya Savaşı sırasında ada bir kimyasal silah tesisi olarak önemli bir rol oynadı.
Adada aynı zamanda Japonya'nın en yüksek elektrik hattı olan Chūshi Elektrik Hattı bulunmaktadır.
