Andreas Schlüter (d. 20 Mayıs 1664 Hamburg; ö. Mayıs 1714 Sankt-Peterburg) Alman mimar ve heykeltıraş. Özellikle Barok stilindeki eserleri insanların gözüne çarpıyor.
Schlüter'in en önemli eserlerinden biri olarak kehribar odası gösteriliyor. Kehribar odası aslında Berlin'de bulunan Charlottenburg Sarayı için planlanmıştı ama 1701'de yapımı Berlin'de bulunan Stadtschloss içinde başladı. 1716'da kehribar odası Rus çarı I. Petro'ya hediye edildi.
