Philippine "Pina" Bausch (d. 27 Temmuz 1940, Solingen, Almanya - ö. 30 Haziran 2009, Wuppertal, Almanya), modern dans koreografı ve Tanztheater (Alm. Dans tiyatrosu) akımının öncülerindendir.
Almanya'nın Wuppertal kentindeki Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch isimli topluluğun sanat yönetmeni ve koreografıdır.
Bausch, mizahın içine hüznü yerleştirdiği çalışmalarıyla tanınır. Kadın-erkek etkileşimi Bausch'un, Pedro Almodóvar'ın Konuş Onunla isimli filmine de ilham kaynağı olan çalışmalarının tamamında görülen bir temadır.
