Erwin Friedrich Maximilian Piscator (17 Aralık 1893 — 30 Mart 1966) — Alman tiyatro yönetmeni, yazar ve yapımcı.
Sınıfsal temelli politik (Agit-Prop) tiyatro türünün kurucusu ve çağdaş anlamda epik ve belgesel tiyatro türlerinin Bertolt Brecht ile birlikte ilk temsilcilerindendir.
1924-1927 yılları arasında Volksbühne'de yönetmen olarak ve 1927 ve sonrasında kendi tiyatrosu "Piscator-Bühne"de yapımcı ve yönetmen olarak toplumsal ve politik oyunlar sergiler.
1962 yılında Batı Berlin'deki Freie Volksbühne'de tiyatro müdürü ve yönetmen olarak çalışmaya başlar ve 1966'daki ölümüne kadar çağdaş ve belgesel tiyatro türlerinin en önemli savunucu ve temsilcilerinden biri olarak yaşamını sürdürür.
