The Civico Museo Archeologico e della Città di Savona, located inside the Palazzo della Loggia, was opened in 1990 in the Fortress on the Priamàr hill, mainly exhibits materials, organized chronologically on the two floors of the Palazzo della Loggia, from the archaeological research carried out by the International Institute of Ligurian Studies (in collaboration with the Archaeological Superintendency and the Municipality) since.
