The National Museum of San Marino was opened to the general public in 1899. Then it was located in the Palazzo Valloni, but in March 2001 moved to another historic building in the historic center of the city, Palazzo Pergami -Beluzzi. Today, the museum has a collection of nearly 5,000 exhibits, many of which are national treasures.
