The church belonged to the Novovoznesensky Monastery, which stood in this place from the XIV century. It was built in 1467. The best-preserved part of this miniature church is its belfry. The church underwent great alterations in the 17th century. An interesting little church that needs renovation and unfortunately at the time of my visit was closed.
