Ali Paşa Camii, Tokat şehir meydanın da bulunan ve aynı ildeki en uzun geçmişi olan Camii olarak bilinir.
II. Selim zamanında 1572 yılında yaptırılan caminin önünde asırlık bir ağaç bulunmaktadır.
Camii'nin tek kubbesi vardır. Osmanlı komutanın ismini aldığı Ali Paşa'nın oğlu mustafa bey ve eşinin mezarı da bulunmaktadır.
Ali Paşa Cami, klasik Osmanlı mimarisinin özelliklerini taşır. Kare planlı ana ibadet alanı, kubbe ile örtülüdür. Caminin minaresi, geleneksel Osmanlı minare tasarımına uygun olarak inşa edilmiştir.
Caminin iç ve dış süslemelerinde geometrik desenler, hat sanatı ve Osmanlı motifleri bulunur. Taş işçiliği ve ahşap oymacılığı, caminin estetik değerini artırır.
