Genellikle «metalin babası», «metal tanrısı» sıfatlarıyla anılan Alice Cooper, aslında Vincent Damon Furnier'ın kurduğu bir grubun adıdır. Furnier daha sonra ismini Alice Cooper olarak değiştirmiştir.
