Johnny Ramone asıl adıyla John William Cummings (8 Ekim 1948, Queens — 15 Eylül 2004, Los Angeles), Amerikalı müzisyen. Punk rock grubu Ramones'un gitaristi ve kurucularındandır.
Johnny Ramone, Ramones ile birlikte Amerika'da ki Punk hareketinin öncüleri olarak görülmektedir. Johnny ayrıca Joey Ramone'la birlikte Ramones grubunun kuruluşundan 1996 yılındaki dağılışına kadar gruptan hiç ayrılmaya iki üyeden biridir.
2012 yılında Spin dergisinin hazırladığı «100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time» listesinde 8. sırada yer almıştır. Rolling Stone'un yaptığı benzer bir listede de 26. sırada yer almıştır.
2002 yılında Johnny, Ramones grubu ile birlikte Rock and Roll Hall of Fame'e dahil edilmiştir.
