Yeni Aziz Apollinare Bazilikası (Sant’Apollinare Nuovo), 35 metre uzunluğunda ve 21 metre genişliğinde, Teoderik tarafından 500lü yıllarda inşa ettirilen bir geç antik çağ bazilikasıdır.
Yapıyı ilginç kılan özelliklerinden birisi Konstantinopolis'ten getirilen Prokonnesos mermeri yapımı olan sütunları ve yapı içerisindeki eşşiz mozaiklerdir.
Basit bir bazilika olan Sant’Apollinare Nuovo narteks, sağında ve solunda iki yan nefi bulunan bir ana nef ve tek apsis'e sahiptir.
