Biertan müstahkem kilisesi, Romanya'nın Erdel bölgesindeki Sibiu ilindeki Biertan'da (Birthälm) yer alan bir Lutheran müstahkem kilisedir.
Bölge Macaristan Krallığı'na ait olduğu zamanlarda Alman Transilvanya Sakson topluluğu tarafından inşa edilmiştir. Kuruluşunda Roma Katolik kilisesi iken, Reform sonrasında Lutheran kilisesine dönüştürüldü.
Çevreleyen köy ile birlikte, kilise, Erdel'deki Müstahkem Kiliseli Köyler Dünya Mirası Sitesinin bir parçasını oluşturmaktadır.
