Biser Hristov Kirov (4 Eylül 1942 — 7 Kasım 2016) — tanınmış Bulgar pop ve opera şarkıcısı.
Ülkesi Bulgaristan ve Rusya'da oldukça tanınıyordu. Kirov hatta Rusya için sembolik memleketim demiştir.
Sanatçı 1961'de Sofya'da müzikal hayatına adım atmıştır. Bulgar rock müzik grubu Reflex ile ilk çalışmalarını yapmıştır. Daha sonra katıldığı 1967'deki Sochi Müzik Festivali'nde 3. olarak kariyerinde önemli bir basamak kazanmıştır.
Televizyonda müzik programları yapmıştır.
Şarkıcı 7 Kasım 2016'da 74 yaşında yaşama veda etmiştir.
