The S. Zollingers Company Building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Constructed in 1914-1915, the three story, Romanesque Revival building replaced an earlier manufacturing building that was damaged in the Great Flood of 1913. Zollingers served as a wholesale grocery warehouse for Miami County and the region.
