Fort Wayne Museum of Art, Indiana, Allen County, Amerika’da Fort Wayne şehir merkezinde bulunan çağdaş bir Sanat Müzesidir.
Fort Wayne Sanat Müzesi en erken 1888’de John Ottis Adams ve daha sonra William Forsyth sanat dersleri vermeye başladığında tasarlandı. 1977’de müze sanat okulundan ayrıldı ve Indiana Üniversitesi Güzel Sanatlar Bölümü’ne eklendi.
Fort Wayne Sanat Müzesi, 1984 yılında Fort Wayne şehir merkezinde Lafayette Caddesi ile Main Caddesi’nin kesiştiği noktada açılan bir yapıya taşındı. Bugün, müze, Arts United Centre ve Auer Sanat ve Kültür Merkezi (2011’de açıldı) ile birlikte, şehirdeki büyüyen Kültürel Bölge’nin çekirdeğini oluşturuyor.
