Francesco Bartolomeo Rastrelli (1700, Paris - 29 Nisan 1771, Sankt-Peterburg), Rus vatandaşlığına geçmiş İtalyan mimar.
Geç Barok Mimarisi stilinde son derece tanınmış eserler vermiş bir mimar olup en önde gelen eserleri Sankt-Peterburg'ta yer alan Kışlık Sarayı ve Tsarskoye Selo'da yer alan Catherine Sarayı'dır.
1730 yılında uzman mimarlık unvanını aldı. En son ve en önemli eserlerinden birisi Sankt-Peterburg’da yer alan Smolny Manastırı idi.
