Columbus’ House is in all probability an 18th century reconstruction of the original medieval building in which the discoverer of the Americas Christopher Columbus lived in his youth, approximately between 1455 and 1470. It is possible to visit the interior of the building, which is spread over two floors: the ground floor was the workshop of his father, Domenico Colombo, who dealt with wool weaving and trade.
