Irving Berlin (gerçek adı Israel Moiseevich Beilin; 11 Mayıs 1888 — 22 Eylül 1989), Rusya İmparatorluğu'nda doğmuş, Yahudi asıllı Amerikalı bir bestecidir.
Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nin resmi olmayan marşı olarak kabul edilen «God Bless America» şarkısının yanı sıra pop şarkılarının yazarı olarak ünlendi.
1929-50'de 10 film için müzik yazdı. Berlin'in yaratıcı etkinliği 1950'lerde azaldı, 1966'dan sonra beste yapmayı bıraktı.
