Jordan Carlos, The Colbert Report'ta tekrar eden bir karakter oynayan ve Nickelodeon çocuk programı Me TV'nin ortak sunucusu olan Amerikalı bir stand-up komedyenidir. Ayrıca The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore'da panelist ve muhabir olarak yer aldı.
2001 yılında Brown Üniversitesi'nden mezun oldu ve bir New York reklam firmasında metin yazarı olarak çalışmaya başladı. Geceleri ve hafta sonları Carlos stand-up komedisi yaptı. Sonunda Carlos, «klişeleşmiş bir siyah adam olmadığı» için niş bir izleyici bulmakta zorlandığını hissetmesine rağmen, stand-up lehine reklamcılığı tamamen terk etti.
