Josse De Pauw (15 Mart 1952 doğumlu) çok yönlü bir Belçikalı aktör, film yönetmeni, oyun yazarı, yazar ve köşe yazarıdır.
Otuz yılı aşkın bir süredir modern dans sanatçısı Fumio Ikeda ile evlidir.
Josse De Pauw 1989'da ilk büyük filminde rol aldı. Bundan sonra, aralarında Crazy Love, Kaas (Peynir), Hombres Complicados, Wait Before Spring, Bandini ve Iedereen Beroemd!
