Juana Inés de la Cruz (12 Kasım 1648, Tepetlixpa, Yeni İspanya — 17 Nisan 1695, Meksiko, Yeni İspanya) Meksikalı rahibe ve şairdir.
Bağımsız kadın ideolojisinin öncüllerindendir. Kadın düşmanlığını ve erkeklerin ikiyüzlülüğünü eleştirmesi, Puebla Piskoposu tarafından kınanmasına yol açtı.
