Juazeiro, şehir, kuzey Bahia estado (eyalet), kuzeydoğu Brezilya. São Francisco Nehri boyunca, deniz seviyesinden 373 metre yükseklikte yer almaktadır.
Juazeiro 1878'de şehir oldu. Brezilya'nın en kurak bölgelerinden biri olan tarım ve hayvancılık bölgesi için ticaret ve ulaşım merkezidir. Soğan, kavun, domates ve üzüm başlıca bitkileri arasındadır.
