Karl Francis (1 Nisan 1942 doğumlu), solcu siyasi nedenlerle bağlantılı bir Galli film ve televizyon yönetmeni, yapımcı ve senaristtir.
Çalışmaları gibilerin esinlenerek Chris Marker ve Ken Loach ve hem de çıkışı yer verdi İngiliz ve Galli dilleri.
1995'te BBC Galler'de 1997'ye kadar oynadığı rol olan Drama Başkanı olarak atandı.
